10 RULES FOR BEING A DISTRIBUTOR OF ELAX TABLEWATER
(1) Shops must be located a minimum of 1 km from the current distributor in your location.
(2) Placing a minimum order of 500 packs but not exceeding 1000 packs.
(3) Full payment of your first order from clause #2 above deliverable not more than 7 days after receipt of payment.
(4) Provision of delivery cycle; in other words, specify when you want the second and third deliveries made, with continuation of the cycle. All deliveries shall not exceed 7 days after payment.
(5) Following the full payment of your second order, ELAX will deliver 50% extra products. For clarity; when you order 500 packs or more, we shall deliver 750 packs or as applicable.
(6) Following the full payment of your third order, ELAX will deliver 50% extra products as ordered on the understanding that from this point on, this full payment shall include the full payment of the 50% of extra products delivered with the last order as shown in clause #5 above.
(7) ELAX will endeavor to direct all orders and sales enquiries from your jurisdiction or location to you. However ELAX reserves the right to distribute directly to subsisting end users such as hotels, eateries, restaurants, schools, industries and franchises within and outside your jurisdiction or location.
(8) ELAX reserves the right to provide our branded chiller to a Center with high monthly sales & turnover of ELAX products with the understanding that only ELAX products shall be housed in it with no exceptions. Note that only Centers that function as hotels, bars, restaurants, and eateries qualify to receive this. The Center shall be responsible for the maintenance of the Chiller and agrees to retain it in good working condition.
(9) You will provide your current Tax Clearance Certificate and Certificate of Incorporation of your establishment otherwise forfeit the 50% additional unpaid deliveries and branded chiller in clauses #5 & 8 above.
(10) ELAX shall be responsible for the delivery of all fully paid orders within 7 days after payment. However if the distributor; does not receive a delivery we have made which had to be returned to our depot or, does not receive a delivery attempt or, reschedules a delivery after we have commenced our delivery run or, requires an urgent / expedited delivery outside our standard 7 days delivery schedule; whereas ELAX is thereby absolved of the responsibility for this case and the distributor shall therefore adopt the responsibility for picking up this delivery or deliveries at our depot.
